It's true! FREE hot cocoa for kids on rainy days. This is perfect when you want to get out of the house for a rainy day drive after being cooped up from the rain.
Some locations say it has to be actively raining, and others offer it so long as rain has touched the ground that day. Some locations will also have a little sign at the counter or drive through. So far we have not had any issues getting it, and I make it a point to go snag my kiddos their cocoa just about every time it rains. They know the drill, and they LOVE it!

What's it made with?
It's a powder mix made with Ghirardelli chocolate, mixed with hot water. It's actually pretty good! I usually sneak a sip or two while it's cooling down. It will be HOT, so beware and allow a cool down time before giving it to your kids!
Does it have to be actively raining?
According to customer service it does not have to be actively raining, but rain has to have touched ground that day. Although I have heard some locations are more strict, we have never had an issue getting it.

Do I have to purchase anything to get it?
No purchase is needed, but you might as well grab a cheese burger while you're at it!
